We had a blast running through the city.
I had the prettiest acai bowl for lunch.
I joined James Crumlin’s Capitol Steps Workout group that evening!

I ran these steps WAY too many times. It kicked my butt in the best way. This was such an awesome workout and group of people. I will definitely return!
After two great workouts, we had some big as yo face taco salads on the Baja Burrito patio.
Jason had a super duper early morning flight. Of course, we all woke up, but Caroline and I lingered in bed for a bit.
I went to the gym and logged 8 miles, rode the spin bike for a bit and lifted some weights. I really tried to keep it relaxed so I’ll have a good long run this weekend. My post-workout smoothie hit the spot…Cocoa Banana from the Juice Bar.
I spent my afternoon at the dermatologist trying to take care of my face. Not only am I battling aging, but I’m still getting breakouts.
Pre-long run dinner: Caesar salad, veggie burger, and some fries. I don’t eat fries often, but my craving was legit!
