We received a large information packet for this weekends Cumberland Plateau Stage Race (Click to read my race report from last year!). It’s a doozy of a trail race. It kicked my butt last year and I fully expect another arse whooping’ this year! (Also, most of us got lost at least once last year. I can’t understand why, lol!)
My hilarious girlfriend Shannon is also running the race and posted this on her Facebook page asking “if this is a map to One-Eyed Willy’s treasure?”
After a frustrating day with my new computer, I wasn’t really in the mood to cook. My Veggie Chef to the rescue! Y’all they don’t pay me, I just love keeping a few of their meals in my freezer.
Luckily, I’m naturally an early riser. I darted out the door and even made it to the track a little early.
