First things first (I’m the realest)….my NYC Marathon Recap will be posted Monday morning. Thanks for your patience!!! During my race, I landed funny and hyperextended my knee. So…here’s a look at my post-race recovery week:
I did a session at Select Cryotherapy. 3 minutes at -306 degrees!
I’m on the Rock n Blog Team for the Rock n Roll Marathon Series. We’ve been doing a fun countdown to RnR Las Vegas. Here’s my contribution:
Robin Frazier at Franklin Massage Center worked her magic on my legs. As my knee heals, I’m realizing how sore the surrounding muscles and tendons are.
Followed by some cross training at the gym in my New Balance special NYC edition Vazee!
I ended the day with ASTYM from Leah Sawyer. It’s worked really well for me in the past.
