My new Brentwood Breakfast Club shirts arrived in the mail….LOVE!
With Charlotte being sick and race day nearing, I’ve been trying to stay busy while resting. (Does that even make sense?) Anyways, I got my nails done. It’s been months and now I feel like a real girl.
Since I’m trying to be a girl, I did a face mask, too. @healthydiva posted a pic of my favorite Boscia mask, so I needed to do one too. This was my best attempt at smiling, because my mask had dried and my mouth couldn’t move!
Since it’s race week, my workout was:
5 easy-paced miles
3 at GMP (Goal: 8:10-8:20. Actual: 8:11, 8:08, 8:05)
1 cool down
Even though I was soaked, I headed straight to Juice Bar for a Cocoa Banana smoothie!
I went to Franklin Massage for a pre-race tune-up with Robin Frazier!
