Tuesday: National Coffee Day (YES!!!!)
Track Tuesday: Y’all….it was 70 degrees with 100% humidity on the track. I sweated buckets! Like Robin at Knead to Cook says, “it was thick as pea soup!”
2 mile warmup
6 x 1200m at 5k pace (400m recovery)
Goal: 5:12 Actual: 5:10, 5:12, 5:13, 5:11, 5:11, 5:08 (These were tough!)
1 mile cool down
We went straight from the track to the Juice Bar!
And then I celebrated National Coffee Day with a cafe au lait in my favorite St. Jude mug!
