It’s time for another weekend wrap-up!!

My in-laws were in town and we went to a steakhouse for dinner. This veggie plate is proof that it’s so good to be a vegetarian (even at a steakhouse)…yum! Roasted mushrooms, thai spicy green beans, grilled asparagus, and truffle mashed potatoes.
Since, I’m training for the NYC Marathon, I had to listen to “Empire State of Mind” for 8 recovery miles.
@caitlinbridgeman asked me to post a slow motion version of this video! Be kind about my form. Like everyone else, I’m working on it. For the last 6 months, I’ve been working on picking up my feet. It still feels awkward, but it’s getting easier. By the end of a race, I always look like I’m speed walking with both feet on the ground…lol!
I have been obsessed with the skittle salad at Wild Ginger, so we went for lunch!
And, we ended our Sunday Funday with some patio time!
