I met my Fleet Nashville Fall Marathon training group for a 14 miler! It was a super duper hot run. They rock!
I received my NYC Marathon training plan from my coach Mark Hadley at Maximum Performance Running. It’s always equal parts excitement and fear when I start a new plan.
After sweating buckets during the morning run, I was craving salt. We headed to dinner at Two Ten Jack (a ramen house) with lots of great vegetarian options! I had a salad, tofu appetizer, brussels sprouts, and the veggie ramen!!
As if I needed more food…we went to Khan’s Desserts (a vegan bakery) for soft serve “ice cream.”
We had Kalamatas for lunch. They have my favorite greek dressing and hummus!
And, ended our Sunday Funday on the Burger Up patio…cheers!
