We did Yasso-style 800’s! If you can complete the workout, it’s supposed to be a good indicator of your marathon finish time.
My marathon goal is 3:36, so each 800m is run at 3 minutes 36 seconds. If your goal is 4 hours…your 800m is 4 minutes. Make sense?
