If you remember, I wrote about doing some Yasso-style 800’s a couple of weeks ago. Today, I did the full Yasso workout. 10 x 800m (400m recovery)

(1% incline. My normal goal would be a 3:36, but I upped my pace to account for the treadmill.)
Of course, he requested Rasika. It’s his favorite restaurant in DC. This was the third or fourth time he’s been this month.
Further proof that I’m a big dork: one of the guests staying on our floor requires 24/7 security to sit outside their door. I’m fascinated and have been trying to find out who it is to no avail. It’s time for me to head home and I haven’t solved the mystery. Jason did manage to get a creepy stalker picture of the security guard, lol! It’s just further proof that he ‘gets me.’
Indian food….yay or nay? I’m really trying to love it. It’s Jason’s favorite, but even the mild dishes are SOOOO spicy!
Do you do your speed work outside or on a treadmill? This was the first time for me using a treadmill for a track workout.
